1. The 2025/26 NFL FLAG Tournament Rulebook will be used.   

2. All teams will be put into a Pool Play Format.  

3. Every team is guaranteed a minimum of (3) three games 2 pool play games and minimum of 1 bracket play gaame.  
       

a. If there are an odd number of teams higher than 3, one team in that division will be randomly selected to play a fourth pool play game. The fourth pool play game counts towards overall standings.  

4. ALL teams from Pool Play in each division will advance to a single elimination playoff bracket. 
         

a. To be eligible to play in bracket play, players MUST be checked in and wrist banded prior to the start of your last pool play game. 

5. All teams will be reseeded according to the following criteria for bracket play: 
         

a. Least Games Lost
         

b. Most Games Won 
         

c. Head-to-Head Record (2 teams only)  
       

d. Points Against 
         

e. Points For
         

f. Coin Toss 

6. Blitzing will be allowed in 2nd grade and 3rd grade from 9 yards away from the ball.
